eMonitor+ is a UNDP-developed digital suite using AI-assisted and manual monitoring tools to detect and analyze harmful online content. In Armenia, this pilot will be implemented in partnership with the FOICA to support the development of inclusive digital discourse, build resilience to information pollution, and generate actionable evidence for stakeholders.

The project aims to strengthen an inclusive, transparent, and participatory digital governance ecosystem in Armenia by assessing the effectiveness and accessibility of key e-participation platforms, empowering marginalized communities, and launching a digital literacy campaign to enhance citizen engagement and digital governance accessibility.
