The main goal of the project is to increase public awareness on circular economy by developing an information toolkit to support business community outreach, as well as the integration of the circular economy theme into media and higher education systems.

As part of the project, a working discussion will be organized with the participation of key stakeholders in the field of circular economy, and a thematic short film will be produced to raise awareness among business community representatives. In parallel, a Circular Economy Guide for Journalists and Journalism Educators will be developed.

Additionally, FOICA plans to design a consultative report outlining the opportunities for integrating circular economy topics across various disciplines in higher education. The report will explore existing mechanisms within Armenian universities and identify possible pathways for incorporating the theme of circularity into different academic contexts.

The project is implemented within the framework of CirculUP! – Building capacity and raising awareness to popularise Circular Economy in Armenia, funded by the European Union.
It is carried out by a consortium composed of the Impact Hub Association (lead organization), Impact Hub Yerevan, and the Environment and Health NGO.

The project launched in April 2025 and will run for five months.
