Whom can one apply to receive information?

According to the 3rd article of the law on “Freedom of Information,” people can get information from:

  • Central government bodies;
  • Self-governing bodies;
  • State institutions;
  • Organizations financed from central or local government budgets;
  • Organizations with public functions, – Officials.

In each body, the obligation to provide information is laid on the person responsible for freedom of information.
