The project aims to strengthen an inclusive, transparent, and participatory digital governance ecosystem in Armenia by assessing the effectiveness and accessibility of key e-participation platforms, empowering marginalized communities, and launching a digital literacy campaign to enhance citizen engagement and digital governance accessibility.
The program brings together three main directions:
- Assessment of Core Digital E-Participation Platforms: Evaluating e-draft.am, e-request.am, and hartak.am to improve accessibility and public engagement.
- Capacity Building: trainings for women, rural residents, the elderly and persons with disabilities on using digital governance tools.
- Digital Literacy Campaign: workshops, toolkit, animated videos and infographics to promote digital rights and civic participation online.
The project is implemented by the Freedom of Information Center NGO in partnership with the Internet Society NGO.
The project is supported by GIZ Armenia as part of the “Digital Democracy for All” initiative. It was launched in November 2025 with a duration of six months.
