On Februauy 18, 2010, at 16:00 the next court hearing over the case "FOICA and “Aravot” daily vs. Shirak Marz Governor" will take place at the Gyumri residence of the RA Administrative Court.

To remind, “Aravot” daily’s reporter Mr. Aram Zaqaryan sent an information request to Shirak Marz Governor Mrs. Lida Nanyan via e-mail address of Shirak Governor office asking to provide information to what purposes finances granted from the RA state budget to the governor’s office in 2005, 2006, 2007 serve and how much it was spent. However, the request remained unanswered.
