State bodies are now utilizing the form for summarizing statistical data on information requests, developed by FOICA.
The official websites of the RA Prime Minister’s Office, the Ministry of Economy, and the Ministry of Labor and Social Affairs display data showing how many requests they have satisfied, rejected, partially rejected, and/or forwarded. These statistics provide insights into the transparency and accountability of public bodies, as well as the effectiveness of intellectual property rights protection.
