In 2015 RA Minister of Defense Mr. Seyran Ohanyan was in the quarterly Black List of the Freedom of Information Center because of not responding FOICA’s FOI requests. After being included in the Black List, the ministry changed its work style and provided complete answers to the requests which have not been responded. The Ministry also provided the answers to FOICA’s next requests in a proper way. So improving his work in the FOI sphere the RA Minister of Defense Mr. Seyran Ohanyan was included in the White List of the Freedom of Information Center in 2015.

• Mr. Artashes Mamajanyan- Head of “Hamalsaranakanner” Condominium
• Mr. Hovhannes Stepanyan- Governor of “ Tsarav Aghbyur” Condominium
• Mr. Garik Hovhannisyan-Chief of Staff of Syunik District Court of First Instance

These officials have violated the timeframes defined by the FOI Law for providing answers to the requests.
