Following the 7 month-long silence, Judge Argishti Ghazaryan of the RA Administrative Court has finally appointed the initial day of the court session in FOI vs Ministry of Emergency Situations case.
The initial hearing will take place at the RA Administrative Court on May 21, at 4:30 PM.
Note that back on November 8, 2011 FOI had appealed to the court requiring to make the RA Ministry of Emergency Situations provide the requested information in a five-day period as well as subject the RA ES Minister Armen Yeritsyan to administrative liability.
