On August 30, 2011 Freedom of Information Center of Armenia received from the RA State Revenue Committee all the statements on the data included in the property and income declarations of all the RA ministers and governors (marzpets) for 2010. Only the statement of Minister of Agriculture Sergo Karapetyan wasn’t provided, because in 2010 he was not in a position of the minister and was the president of “Artashat Cannery” OJSC: Sergo Karapetyan has been holding this position since January 1, 2011.

In 2010 out of all ministers the highest income had the Minister of Healthcare Mr. Harutyun Kushakyan. His income amounted to AMD 326.543.484. It should be mentioned, that in the list of ministers Mr. Harutyun Kushkyan had the highest income in 2008 (AMD 381.607.396) and in 2009 (AMD 341.615.000) as well. In 2010 the Minister of Culture Mrs. Hasmik Poghosyan had the lowest income – AMD 3.071.600.

In 2010 among all governors (marzpets) the highest income had the governor of Lori region Mr. Artur Nalbandyan. It should be noted, that during the year of 2010 Mr. Artur Nalbandyan was the Mayor of Alaverdi. Thus he submitted property and income declaration on the incomes earned at the time of the abovementioned positions. In 2010 among the governors the governor of Tavush region Mr. Armen Ghularyan had the lowest income – AMD 2.280.200.
