On January 27, 2010, a court hearing over the case "FOICA vs. Medica’ Center N.2 CJC" took place at the Common Jurisdiction Court of First Instance of Center and Nork-Marash administrative districts (Judge Mr. Edik Avetisyan).

The FOICA’s representative Mr. Karen Mejlumyan presented and insisted the claim. However, the respondent’s representative objected against the claim mentioning that it must be rejected totally. The Court will further inform about the date of the next court hearing.
