Name of the sub-grant project: Promotion of Transparency of Implementation of the e- Health System and Public Monitoring

Brief Description: The introduction of a unified health information system in the RA envisages a comprehensive reform of the health care system, which will provide equal access to quality health care services to a wide range of society, but this major initiative almost has not been covered. The entire process and its goals and impact, as well as concrete actions and their impact on the public have not been publicized.
With regard to the process of publicizing this process, the project aims to present the public what significant changes are being made in Armenia as a result of the huge EU investment, to what extent they have been implemented, and to what extent different agencies have failed in the implementation, as well as to create public opinion regarding this project and regarding the full performance of the agreement. We will present the process of the project, its successes, shortcomings, ways of solution, with a three-step investigative journalistic work.

Actions in Brief: It is envisaged to introduce the EU-supported project to the public in a simpler way in the course of the project implementation, by clarifying to the public the steps and actions which will give them opportunity to get the information they have the right to know. It is envisaged to prepare and broadcast 3 videos of 3-5 minutes duration and 1 interview of 20 minutes about the implementation of an electronic health system, the new services for the public in this area and their effectiveness, involving the key actors of the e-Health project.
