On November 24, 2010, the first graduates of the Freedom of Information Educational Center were conferred with certificates of retraining of a civil servant. 15 representatives of the state governance have successfully finished the retraining about Bases of Integrity, Freedom of Information and providing of connections with the society in the system of the state government. The retraining is fulfilled by the RA Civil Service Council, the Union of Armenian Government Employees and the Freedom of Information Center of Armenia with financial support of USAID. Representatives from the RA State Committee of Real Estate Cadastre, the RA Ministry of Agriculture and Ministry of Urban Development and representatives from some regions of the RA participated in the first three-day course of studies.

The retraining will take place from November 22, 2010 to April 22, 2011. Each retraining course will last 3 days.
