The Project is supported by the Eastern Partnership: Open Door Grants, Sub-grants provided under the EU for Integrity Programme. The Project started in June 2023 and will end in November 2023.
The core objectives of the project are:
- to contribute to the implementation of the 5th NAP commitment to introduce the ATI self-assessment system in the central government bodies,
- to strengthen the capacities and improve the knowledge of ATI officers;
- to promote the use of BO data,
- to increase public awareness of BO and ATI as the central tenets of the OGP.
The Project activities were:
- To develop a toolkit for government officials/ATI officers on how to apply the selfassessment methodology in practice;
- To organize two workshops on how to apply ATI self-assessment methodology;
- To develop a toolkit on monitoring BO, which will enable journalists, civic monitoring groups, and researchers to identify beneficial owners and monitor the activities of the companies behind them;
- To organize a two-day training session to build the capacity of CSO and Media representatives using and analyzing BO data.
- To produce 5 animation videos on ATI and 10 infographics on BO.
