Most of the journalists on the field did not have any protective equipment while covering the war in October, 2020. There was an urgent need for bullet proof jackets and helmets. The Freedom of Information Center (FOICA) provided bullet proof jackets to the media and coordinated the loan of this equipment to local journalists.
The Project was supported by Reporters Without Borders. The Project started in October 2020 and ended in December 2020.
