Supported by “Article 19” the Global Campaign for Free Expression and funded by Westminster Foundation for Democracy (WFD).
Time period – July 1, 2004 to March 31, 2005.
The project has three components:
1. Shoot and produce 3 social TV Ads;
2. Conduct of 5 trainings for NGOs, public officials and the media;
3. Monitoring of implementation of FOI Law by public institutions.
